Our hair sensitivity test process is designed to keep costs down, minimise our carbon footprint and get your results to you as quickly as possible. Therefore we don’t send a physical test kit, which means you can send us your sample NOW!

Simply follow these steps and our lab team will start the testing process as soon as your sample arrives.

Activate your test here and add your unique reference number which is in your order confirmation email.
Send your sample: we’ve included some simple instructions here. Send your sample TODAY!
Receive your results: we’ll email and text to let you know we’ve received your sample safely, and send your results PDF by email 3-5 days later.

We’ve made it really easy for you to check if our lab has received your sample. Just click this link and enter your unique reference number and it will give you a live update.

Samples can take 1-3 weeks to arrive by post, however they occasionally take longer.

When your sample arrives at the lab our quality assurance team will make sure that your sample is labelled correctly and has enough sample for us to test. If we see any issues a member of our team will reach out to you.

Once your sample passes through quality assurance and is logged into our system, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s safely received. Your results will be available within 3-5 days of receipt.
