Simply follow these steps and our lab team will start the testing process as soon as your sample arrives.

Receive your results: we’ll email and text to let you know we’ve received your sample safely, and send your results PDF by email 3-5 days later.

Samples can take 1-3 weeks to arrive by post, however they occasionally take longer.
When your sample arrives at the lab our quality assurance team will make sure that your sample is labelled correctly and has enough sample for us to test. If we see any issues a member of our team will reach out to you.
Once your sample passes through quality assurance and is logged into our system, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s safely received. Your results will be available within 3-5 days of receipt.
